MFA etc - I do have Authy and google Authenticator too for every site that allows that (most critical ones i suppose). I have had nothing since the time of my original post. No payment details or anything on there etc but that particular company doesnt even use 2FA at all, i rang them up and that accounts been closed. The only thing they got into was an old online store account. I guess they were attempting to gain access at some point while spamming my inbox. all they seemed to do was spam my inbox with a load of emails every minute for around 6-7 hours or so which then seized. Anyway, they were unable to get into my email account or anything like that. Nothing was linked (outlook with proton mail) so unsure how they got hold of the proton mail email address, thats the most unknown part at the minute.
